Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 of ordering unless clearly stated otherwise.

All orders are sent via Evri which will take anywhere between 2-5 days to arrive, excluding Sundays. Please note I am working on bringing Royal Mail back as a postage option (technical difficulties!)

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can refund the cost of your product (not the cost of your postage). As a small business we ask that all the following steps are taken to receive your refund:

  • The item to be returned within 14 days of refund request.
  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • The product must be returned within its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned safely and with no damage.

If you cannot complete the following steps, we will be unable to refund you.

Please note that we will be unable to issue any refund if it appears that your candle has not been burned as per our candle care guidelines. We advise that you read the Candle Care Card that accompanies your order before burning your candle. 

Wax melts can only be refunded/returned if they arrive damaged. We do not offer a refund on wax melts if they are an unwanted purchase.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the product and let us know immediately if the item is damaged or if your order is incorrect. If the item is damaged, please contact us and include a photograph of the damaged product. We will review this and offer a refund or an exchange (if the product is still in stock).
